Last fall the OncANP Board and Staff members embarked on a learning journey with Leena Sharma Seth, Founder of Mending the Chasm, to build inclusion, equity and anti-racism capacity.

Grounded in the belief that the first step in any inclusion-building effort is education, the OncANP team worked to gain a foundational understanding of the issues and context of inclusion, equity, racism and anti-Black racism.

This program has been curated into a series of brief 20 – 30 minute videos that we invite you, our members, to access as a part of your commitment to building inclusive, equitable and anti-racist practice.
